Troubleshooting firmware update

Sometimes on some phones (more often with android) can happen troubles with updating firmware. We constantly work to reduce such issues, but in such case you can update manually, using special software. The guide is below

1. Download NRF Connect app, for iPhone or for Android
2. Push the button n tracker until orange light appear constantly
3. Turn on NFR Connect, find ZooZyOta device and push connect
4. Download this latest firmware to your phone

fw_update_ota_2.1.11.zip

1. Go to “DFU” - open file and push “start”
2. The tracker should blink and you should see the progress in NRF Connect app
3. After finishing close NRF connect app and pare the tracker with ZooZy app, using usual guide as you did it first time
