ZooZy - it is a mobile application, the main task of which is to provide personal recommendations and technological assistance in caring about your pet.

The Terms are a legal agreement on the use of the mobile application "ZooZy" (hereinafter - "ZooZy" or application) between the user and a legal entity - Zoozy, Inc (EIN number of the legal entity: 86-3273457). These Terms provide for the establishment of terms and rules for the use of functions and services offered or available in ZooZy.

Please note that the official Website is only for downloading the ZooZy mobile application and other related additional products from ZooZy, such as chatbots, messengers, subscriptions or other products that may be available from time to time for download.

Zoozy is an ecosystem as mobile app plus connected hardware gadgets:

• personal data hub with automated care reminders
• diet calculator for daily portion based on pet’s data and selected food
• own activity and health monitoring tracker
• other connected gadgets like smart feeders and drinking bowl
• Ondemand modules: Vetonline service, personalized shop with autoship

1.7. Please note that we do not refund the funds paid by you for connecting a paid subscription, or paid for goods online through the application. Refunds due to erroneous ordering or subscription are decided individually.
